Total Body Cycle - step through recumbent bike plus upper body ergometer.
Upper Body Only - upper body ergometer.
Lower Body Only - step through recumbent bike.
Magnum's unique swinging pedal feature:

Provides perfect position for any length limbs while performing total body workouts.
Pedals swing forward providing a comfortable position for Upper Body only exercise.
Pedals swing toward user providing a comfortable step through recumbent bike position.

Bi-directional resistance works reciprocal muscle groups.
Low Starting Resistance
IDS drive provides 200 resistance levels adjustable in 0.1 increments.
Display remains lit by a mere 10 RPMs.
Eddy current brake produces resistance output of 2000 watts.
