Airex Balance Beam Mini

The Airex Balance Beam Mini is a foam stability exercise trainer that's terrific for balance, stretching, physical therapy, rehabilitation and core strength training. Lightweight and comfortable the beam can be used as a practical replacement for a Pilates role, with the instability of the device even intensifying such exercises. The shape was developed especially for clinical balance and proprioception exercises. Research suggests that using the beam provides 30% greater effectiveness along with along with making proprioception training motivating and varied. Made from easy-to-clean, closed-cell foam with an "integrally molded skin" for extra toughness, these beams are soft, supple, and cushiony. They gently absorb shock to prevent injuries and the textured surface areas prevent slipping and sliding. They're also great around the house in the garden, garage, kitchen, bathroom or basement - anywhere that cushioning is needed. Rinsing after use with fresh water is all that's needed. Users then just shake off the excess water and allow to air dry. The beams are Blue, Latex-free and are sized at 16" x 9.4" x 2.4".
